• CUSTOMS: Customs forms should be filled in for arrival & departure if carrying currency over USD 10000 (for foreigners) and in order to bring cash back upon departure (forms should be stamped by the customs at the Red Line "Goods To Declare"). All passengers will pass through at the Green Lane "Nothing to Declare" where random checks will be done of luggage in X-rays. In case of lost luggage the person must proceed to Lost & Found and declare luggage arrived and luggage received. Lost & Found Office located after Customs Zone. Due to security reasons Lost Luggage must be retrieved personally with Identification.
• ARRIVAL: Arrival Area includes Meet & Greet Area, bar/ cafe area (drams only), toilets (free of charge) and access with security control only. Guides/ escorts with welcome signs will meet with in the Meet & Greet Area following the customs zone and transport will be parked outside the Arrival Hall. Approx. transfer to the city 45min - 1 hour depending on traffic. If agreed and confirmed by RP in advance, presence of representatives of the Company.

• DESCRIPTION: Regular Check-In: Please ensure that every passenger has the passport and Immigration card in their hand upon arrival as these will be handed in at the reception desk. Every room has to sign for their respective registration and usually also a print of the Credit Card for extra charges if not accepted to the master bill of the organizer or ground handler in advance.
• HOSPITALITY CHECK-IN (pre-ordered): Pre-registered rooms and private check-in for Incentive groups at the separate hospitality desk if confirmed and requested in advance. Please ensure that every passenger have the passport and Immigration card in their hand upon arrival. Keys from the rooms will be sorted in alphabetical order of the clients and displayed on a dedicated desk/ area. Extras of the guests should be guaranteed either by the company or credit card of tour-leader prior the group arrival in order not to ask credit card from each guest. Full credit guests' list should be provided to the company 1 week prior the group arrival. Every passenger needs to sign for the rooms passports with visas will be taken by the hotel and should be recollected by Tour leader or advices to the client when available (usually in the evening / or following morning).

• DESCRIPTION / ROUTE: We will get acquainted with one of the oldest cities in the world, capital of Armenia - Yerevan with its all major sights of interest. The city was established in 782 BC by the Urartian king Argishti. By the way the city has its own birth certificate. Yerevan is modern city the construction of which was started in 1920 by the architect – Alexander Tamanyan. Most of the tour passes through the streets where all buildings are built from the rosy volcanic stone “Tufa”.
• MAIN ATTRACTION: During our drive we see most important parts of the city including the Republic Square, the Opera house, the Cascade with statues of the world-famous sculptor Fernando Botero. The excursion also includes a visit to Matenadaran Manuscript Museum, which hosts one of the biggest depositories of ancient manuscripts in the world, the Food Market with it variety of organic fruits and vegetables. The tour will be completed by the visit to the Yerevan Brandy Factory, with the tasting of this legendary drink. Free afternoon. Dinner at the local restaurant.

• DESCRIPTION / ROUTE: Matenadaran is a repository of ancient manuscripts, research institute and museum in Yerevan, Armenia. It holds one of the world's richest depositories of medieval manuscripts and books which span a broad range of subjects, including history, philosophy, medicine, literature, art history and cosmography in Armenian and many other languages.
• MAIN ATTRACTION: The Matenadaran is in possession of a collection of nearly 17,000 manuscripts and 30,000 other documents which cover a wide array of subjects such as historiography, geography, philosophy, grammar, art history, medicine and science. Here the guide will tell you about great Armenian history and you will see fascinating manuscript collections covered with precious and semi-precious stones.

Visit to "Ararat brandy factory"

DESCRIPTION & ROUTE: Yerevan Brandy Company is almost as renowned a symbol of the Armenian capital as Mount Ararat. Immense reserves of precious brandy spirits, many put into barrels as far back as in the 19th century, are stored in its cellars. In 1887 the enterprise was equipped with Charente type distillers and specialized premises for spirit ageing. After Nikolai Shustov acquired the factory from Nerses Tairyan the auxiliary production units, new storage facilites and even a power plant were constructed. In 1953 the factory was moved to a new monumental building which is situated at the hill and decorated with traditional Armenian bas-reliefs, as if hovering over the city. It is only here that up to this very day the legendary Armenian brandies under ArArAt trademark are produced.
MAIN ATTRACTION: During the tour you will see the process of the brandy making, get acquainted with a Armenian cognac history and of course in the end to try the drink of the kings.

DEXCRIPTION / ROUTE: The road leads through the plains of Ararat. Lying in the shadow of Biblical Mt. Ararat, where Noah’s Ark landed, this piece of the land in Armenia has always been vital for the agriculture of the country. According to tradition, this was the place where Noah first planted a vine after he descended from the Ark.
MAIN ATTRACTION: Driving past the farms all of a sudden an attractive picture of Khor Virab Monastery appears, resting on a lonely hill. Weather permitting we will have an exceptional view of Mt. Ararat from here! After via the picturesque gorge we will reach Noravank Monastery, which is situated on the hill of the twisted gorge, among the freakish plumb rosy cliffs. Noravank Monastery, really the place of breathtaking natural beauty, provides great opportunities for taking pictures. This site is special with its exceptional intricate carvings of exterior. En route we will stop in Areni village famous for wine production. Here we shall visit a small, family-owned winery and try the wine produced here.

DESCRIPTION / ROUTE: En route we can make a stop in Areni village famous for wine production. Here we shall visit a small, family-owned winery and try the wine produced here.
MAIN ATTRACTION: In the winery you will hear a story about Armenian winemaking, learn about sorts of grapes in the territory of Armenia which are useful for wine making. watch a film about wine producing heritage of Armenian and shurly in the end you can tastet different sorts of wine directly from the factory.

09:00 17:30 The Contrast of Landscapes and Religions

• DESCRIPTION / ROUTE: In the morning we will drive east of Yerevan to visit one of the main touristic attraction in Armenia – the rock-hewn monastery of Geghard, a 1st century pagan temple Garni - UNESCO World Heritage Sites and largest lake in Armenia - Sevan. To reach this sites we are passing through the village Voghjaberd or “fortress of survivors”. People there were famous for their ability to fight with the enemies from the caves.
• MAIN ATTRACTION: We reach Geghard complex site is believed to be the place where the Holy Lance was kept in the middle ages. The Holy Lance was brought to Armenia by apostle St. Thaddeus in the 1st century. Today hundreds of people visit this place and drink the crystal clear miraculous water coming from the spring inside one of the churches of the complex. But there is one thing which makes this place so interesting to observe. Some chambers of the monastery were carved out of solid rock and possess exceptional acoustics. We will then continue to explore the beautiful nature of this place and visit Garni temple dating from the first century AD, is a splendid example of ancient architecture of Hellenistic period. At one time a great complex of palaces and temples, serving as a summer residence for the Armenian Kings. Lunch in the village house with lavash baking process. In the afternoon we will come to Lake Sevan - the “Pearl of Armenia”, which is one of the largest high-altitude lakes in the world located at 1900m. We visit a 9th century Sevan monastery, perched on a cliff above the lake. From this point we will a wonderful view of the lake and if we are lucky we will witness the changing colors of the water.
• RP RECOMMENDATIONS: The trip can be done during all seasons of the year, but in winter time everybody should wear warm clothes as it is very cold in that part of Armenia.

Walk in Garni gorge

•DESCRIPTION / ROUTE: We may have an enjoyable walk down to the Garni gorge where we will admire volcanic basalt formations called “the symphony of stones”. We start walking from the village to the gorge which is a UNESCO world heritage site. Rout passes via the largest state reserve in the territory of Armenia “Khosrov Forest”. On our way we see medieval bridge which was reconstructed recently.
•MAIN ATTRACTION: We reach the place of basalt formations. Place is called “the symphony of stones” as the rocks are like a big musical instrument organ. And when wind blows you can hear the majestic sounds coming from the stones.
•RP RECOMMENDATIONS: We need to have proper shoos for walking and some warm clothes.

09:00 13:00 Holy Mass in the Religious Capital – Armenian Arts and Crafts Market

DESCRIPTION: This excursion takes us to Echmiadzin, which is the religious center of all Armenians. Echmiadzin means “The Coming of Only Begotten” En route visit ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral, which is a masterpiece of Armenian architecture! The area is a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site.
MAIN ATTRACTION:The main cathedral of Echmiadzin was the first official church built in Armenia in 303. Today it is the Holy See of Echmiadzin, where the Catholicos of Armenia resides. Today we will participate in the Sunday Mass here and listen to the Divine Lithurgy performed by the beautiful choir of the church. After coming back to Yerevan we will explore the outdoor handicraft market Vernisage where you can find the most attractive hand-made local souvenirs, carpets, handicrafts made by local artists and craftsmen. Free afternoon.
